Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Coverage
We deliver across all major cities and towns in India. We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your pickles reach you safely and on time.
2. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹499
- Flat shipping fee of ₹49 for orders below ₹499
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may have an additional ₹30 COD fee
3. Delivery Time
- Metro cities: 2-4 business days
- Tier 2 cities: 3-5 business days
- Remote locations: 5-7 business days
Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and holidays).
4. Packaging
All our products are packed in leak-proof, food-grade containers and secured with bubble wrap and corrugated boxes to prevent damage during transit.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with your tracking number. You can also track your order on our Track Order page.
6. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, we will attempt delivery up to 2 times. After that, the order will be returned to us, and a reshipping fee will apply.
