Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped. To cancel, please contact us immediately at +91 85534 65555 or email support@lakshmifoods.in.
2. Returns
Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns. However, we will replace products that are:
- Damaged during transit
- Defective or spoiled upon delivery
- Incorrect product delivered
3. Replacement Process
To request a replacement:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos of the damaged/incorrect product
- Provide your order number and delivery details
Upon verification, we will process the replacement within 3-5 business days.
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed only in the following cases:
- Order cancellation within the allowed time frame
- Product is out of stock after order placement
- Verified quality issues where replacement is not feasible
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Opened or consumed products, products damaged due to improper storage by the customer, and products ordered more than 7 days ago are not eligible for replacement or refund.
